Material Overview

Nitro-V is a stainless steel developed by Uddeholm and Bohler, created with a fine-grained powder metallurgy process. Its composition includes nitrogen, vanadium, and chromium, which enhance hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance while keeping sharpening relatively easy. The steel offers a well-balanced combination of performance characteristics suitable for everyday and high-performance knife applications.
