Blackjack Knives was founded in 1987 by Mike Stewart and Steven Lewis in Los Angeles, California. Initially established to import Chris Reeve knives, the brand later developed its own designs including the iconic Mamba model. Blackjack moved production to Seki City, Japan, then to Effingham, Illinois in 1991. Known for convex grind blades, the brand specializes in tactical knives, bowie knives, belt knives, and hunting knives. After going out of business in 1997, the brand was revived and is now owned by Blue Ridge Knives.
