Asheville Steel is a family-owned business established in 2006, based in Asheville, North Carolina. The company is best known for manufacturing Paragon Knives, including the innovative Warlock, Phoenix, Dreddlock, and Estiletto OTF models. Asheville Steel won the 2022 Blade Show Most Innovative American Design award.
