Andersson & Copra is a Swedish handmade knife brand founded by the couple Joel Andersson and Adisa Copra in Gothenburg, Sweden. They met while studying metal design and have spent over a decade working with metal in various forms. The brand produces two distinct lines: premium kitchen knives (chef knives, santoku, paring) with Swedish Sandvik steel and reclaimed bog oak handles, and the Scandinavian Sportsman series of traditional Nordic outdoor knives featuring AEB-L steel at 61-62 HRC with stacked leather handles.
