Al Mar Knives is an American knife brand founded in 1979 by Al Mar, a Chinese-American Green Beret veteran and industrial designer. Known for blending Japanese craftsmanship with American design, Al Mar pioneered production knives with custom-level quality. The brand offers tactical, EDC, and kitchen knives. Al Mar passed away in 1992; the company continues his legacy under Edge Technologies Engineering.
