Knafs is sending off its beloved Lander line with one last, oversized installment. The Lander 7 is the biggest version yet, but it keeps the same accessible price and user-friendly features that made the series a hit.

Knafs Lander 7

Knafs started as a garage side project in 2018 and became a serious name in budget EDC when the original Lander landed in 2022. Five years later, the company is closing the book on its most recognizable silhouette with the Knafs Lander 7—and it is going out on its own terms.

The Lander 7 is unapologetically large. At 8.6 inches overall, it is over an inch longer than the previous size leader, the Lander 2. Knafs says the move came straight from customer feedback: people had been asking, loudly and repeatedly, for a bigger Lander. This is the answer.

Despite the scale, the knife keeps the line’s friendly DNA:

  • 14C28N blade steel for an ideal mix of toughness, corrosion resistance, and easy sharpening.

  • 3.75-inch drop-point blade with flipper tab and thumb studs.

  • Swappable G-10 or micarta scales in black, blue, or tan.

The blade comes in three finishes, and the handle retains the familiar ergonomic contouring that made earlier Landers comfortable for extended use. It is still an all-around EDC knife at heart; it just happens to be one that fills your hand.

Closing: The Lander 7 is a fitting farewell to one of the better budget knife lines of the last few years. It gives fans exactly what they asked for—more size—without abandoning the value and approachability that defined the series. If you have been on the Lander train, this is the one to grab before it is gone for good.
